Conveyorized Powder Coating Oven
- We have Designed Camel back type Conveyorized Baking Oven and Automated Powder Coating System for continuous bulk production.
- Imported LPG Double Stage Burner (Ecoflam) installed to ensure consistency in uniform heating during entire baking process.
- Auto cutoff temperature controller interlinked with burner to maintain fuel optimization.
- Conveyor 120 metre long with an 40 metre baking oven. conveyor speed can be varied with variable frequency drive based on profile weight to achieve the required temperature & time.
- The Range of Speed is from 1 m/min to 2.25 m/min.
- The oven is designed for a maximum Temperature of 250˚C.
Automatic Reciprocator Powder Coating System
- Gema Make Reciprocator type Powder System Controlled by Programs Predefined Control Panel.
- Its Combined with 4 Automated and 2 Semi Automated Guns.
- This System is to Assured Consistency in Coating thickness and better Finish.
- Automated Powder Sieving Vibrator Installed to ensure Online Sieving Process during continuous production.
- Proper cartridge Type Dust Collecting system installed to remove very fine Powder particles meeting the Environmental Standards.
Batch Type Baking Oven
- Batch Oven capable of handling Jobs of 1200mm x 2400mm x 4200mm with an Individual weight ranging between 50-100 Kgs.
- Our Baking Oven inbuilt with Twin Blower Setup to achieve uniform Heat Circulation inside the Oven to avoid shade variation.
